The Flavor of Wisconsin, an informal history of food and eating in the badger state, together with 400 favorite recipes, was copyrighted by the State Historical Society of Wisconsin in 1981. This book contains a lot more than recipes. It has a lot of history...and photos. Many of the recipes have the names of the women who submitted them and what ethnic group they were from. Maxine
