    3. David, just was glancing through my genealogy lists mailings when I saw your query. Just a thought, but have you searched the "findagrave.com" sight? The veterans office has listed all the deaths of veterans on this site. I found my two great uncles who had served in WW1 on them when all else had failed including letters to the armed services branches. Good luck!
