Joseph, St. Francis is located in the area that was once known as the Town of Lake. The city broke away from the Town of Lake because it wanted to keep the South Shore Power Plant revenue to itself. What was his name? I have the Diamond Jubilee book for St. Francis Seminary. It lists all the students 1856-1931. It gives Msgr.
