I received in the mail Tuesday Albert Kubitz death cert. It does NOT list State/City of birth, parents names or spouse. It says be was buried from an Independent Mortuary at 1451 N. 27th St, Milwaukee. Burial took place in Forest Hill Cem 3-12-1964 with death 1-31-1964. Questions- How would I find out what Mortuary that was? Funeral Director was Robert C. Baetke. If it is no longer in existence-Where might the records be now? Why would the Public Administrator (Joseph Schoendorf)sign his death cert as Informant? Albert spent 13 days in Milw County General Hospital at 1118 N. 20th St. Is this Hospital still in existence? If so might they give info free or would they charge? If charge-about how much ? Has anyone had good luck in acquiring info from Forest Hill Cem? Do they charge to give you his birth place, name of Parents and Spouse if listed in records? Thank you, Kathy
