I've "rescued" an old photograph which is identified as Edward HARSCH. The photograph was taken at the Rice Studio in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The photograph appears to have been taken in the early 1900's with Edward likely in his 20's or 30's at the time. He appears to be wearing a religious collar in the photograph so I'm guessing that he may have been a minister. I am hoping to locate someone from his family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of his family.
