    3. Just an observation on the name surname OGDEN. While researching my family name WOOLLEY c 1800 - 1830 there were several members who had their middle names were prominently spelled. A cousin and I Thought they were relatives of Ezchiel and Polly/Mary (Phillips) WOOLLEY. We looked high and low and we were coming up blank. Then my cousin went back to the original baptismal records from Hunterdon Co. NJ and began to examine all the baptismal records and lo and behold there were the surnames. They were contemporaries of Ezekiel and Mary who witnessed the baptismal proceedings. The middle names were from other members of the church but not necessarily their witness. Of course I would be willing to trade information on the surnames of Ogden, Plum and Paxton.
