Seems unlikely-- but maybe you're upset, John, that the subject line (in Welsh) of my last WiMilwau post included a few spelling & grammatical errors (as I later realized), and I now feel that the subject line would have been better as "blwyddyn newydd dda a Pasg ddedwydd" ("Happy New Year and a Blessed Easter"), as above. In any case, I clearly indicated that my last WiMilwau post was in the Welsh language, and I pretty much roughly revealed its meaning as well. But, John, if you truly had any curiosity (which I view as highly unlikely) about the EXACT meaning here, you could easily have checked standard references, perhaps via Google, such as InterTran (http://www.translation-guide.com/free_online_translations.htm) or the Cardiff (Wales) website (http://www.cs.cf.ac.uk/fun/welsh/LexiconForms.html). I strongly recommend your considering spending less time bellyaching via RootsWeb, and more time on genealogy. Incidentally, John of Racine, your strange one-sentence post earlier yesterday (re: Maerzke) at GenWisconsin (http://archiver.rootsweb.com/th/index/GenWisconsin/2007-03) makes absolutely zero sense to me, while the follow-up of Kathy (at lenerz@worldnet.att.net) provides valuable access info on HeritageQuest (http://www.eogen.com/HeritageQuestOnline). Recently I found that HeritageQuest has some valuable Revolutionary War (and other) databases that Ancestry.com apparently does NOT provide. And I find that I can remotely access HeritageQuest via my local library (at no cost), typing in the coding imprinted on my library card. (And I see, brother Bill, that all Georgia libraries that are part of PINES provide in-home access through GALILEO. Only a library card and password are required.) My 3/24/07 post in Welsh began as a private response to a cousin of mine, an Episcopalian Rector-- who's also head of the Waukegan (IL) Episcopal Deanery. He's now studying Celtic languages as a hobby.
