Ok, I think my great uncle Theodore Paschke was in the witness protection program. I cannot find him on the 1910, 1920 nor 1930 census, searching many ways (born 1886, name, soundex, born Michigan, by address...) I have his WWI Draft card from 1917-1918 and he said he was living at 1804 Greenbay Avenue. Does anyone have access to Milwaukee directories from 1910-1960?
