Milas Popovich is no relation to me, but someone contacted me trying to find his whereabouts. Milas was born in 1914. His wife's name was Dorothy Wiggen. He doesn't show up on SSDI, but he could be in a nursing or long-term care facility, given his age. Not sure he's even in Wisconsin. If anyone has any clue as to his whereabouts, please let me know.
