I located them in the census records and then in the city directories in Salt Lake City last week. Address was on Woodlawn Ave.in 1935. Maria was a widow then. One son Albert Gustav Becker I located on the SSDI. He died in October 1972. I sent for death certificate to Vital Records, P. O. Box 309, Madison, enclosing $7 check. The check was never cashed nor any word received. Can anyone suggest how to proceed. Any suggestions on how to locate present day members of this family would be much appreciated. The problem with the Badtrans virus (its brother went around last spring) is that it automatically replies to posts to the list. For example, if someone has an infected machine on this list, I will certainly get a private email in response to this post with a subject line Re: [WiMilwau] Virus Warning was the pif attachment ?? and it will contain a virus that will try to infect my machine......
