    3. Ashley: The only way you will be able to find your obit for Matt Schaeffer is to contact the Journal Sentinel via email. They have their own archives dept. and do the lookups themselves - for a fee. I found the Sentinel on the web and called them but they also have a form that you can fill out on their site. I believe the cost is $5.00 per article/obit. 3. Christy, Thanks. He's my aunt-in-law's brother and they never reimburse me for anything. I don't want to spend money on him, just was hoping to know what had happened to his children and grandchildren. The family had lost touch, actually, totally. Perhaps the public library. A phone call would be cheaper than the Journal. Why don't newspapers share? The good will would generate more traffic at least. Some newspapers I've tried to access only allow readers to obtain obits for a week after publication. After that, it has to be paid for. Very annoying to me, at least. Thanks for writing, Ashley Robert W Cole wrote: > Ashley: > > The only way you will be able to find your obit for Matt Schaeffer is to > contact the Journal Sentinel via email.
