Does anyone know if there is a place to get information about adoptions or guardianship?? I've called 3 different offices at the county Vital records and nobody seems to be able to help me with information or phone numbers. . .the probate court suggested that that information is private and not allowed out. . .does anyone know how else to find out what happened to my grandmother or do I just go by what's on the birth certificate??
