I don't know if this is applicable, but my hometown, Peoria, IL, underwent a re-numbering back in 1956. FORTUNATELY, the City Engineer put together a book which can be found in the main library in Peoria which gives the old address and then the new address for houses/buildings in existence at the time.. Perhaps you can inquire in the library and see if someone has put together such a book for the city of interest to you. Bill in Denver
