Knowing their exact address would focus on what parish they belonged to (St. Vincent de Paul, St. Adalbert, Ss. Cyril & Methodius). The death register for the parish would probably list the cemetery, and possibly the funeral home. BTW, I have pretty much all of the Polish parish records of Milwaukee (pre-1920) on microfilm.
