Fischer (Dorothy, w/o (wife of) Nicholas Jonen) I made some photo copies of the names I was interested in out of Mimi bird's book. I had a chance to "glance through" all three of her books while at the Milwaukee Library. Currently, all those photocopies are packed in one of a hundred boxes or so. My JONEN connection comes through a marriage to a MICHELS family. George Michels and Anna Marie Thelen had three daughters and 1 son. I descend from Eva MICHELS who married Dr. Christian LINGER. Eva had a sister named Elizabetha Michels who married Heinrich Jonen. They had 12 children that I know of. This is my connection. it is a collateral line to mine.
