    3. Hi Lynda, Before you go to the cemetery, look at the microfilms of the cemetery records. The FHC has films of all the records. You'll learn a more than you would reading just tombstones. The records have Name, Time and place of birth, Time and place of death, Date of burial, and Cause of death. It also has the location of the grave but you need a map to figure it out. After you've read the films, you can still write the cemetery if you still want to go. Union Cemetery is now under the supervision of Forest Home Cemetery. I visited Union Cem. a couple years ago. I would suggest that you will feel much safer if you go with a few other people. (I was alone and was a bit nervous.)
