there is a Russell Ave or St. or something in Bay View (BV) which is on the south side of Mil. near Cudahy & St. Francis...... Between the Milwaukee River & Lake Michigan..... South of Becher Street and North of Layton Ave.(Mitchell Field Airport) You might want to find it using mapquest or some type of directory...... It's near Kinnickinnic Ave. somewhere.....
