Jenny: 344-13th would have been between Prairie & Chestnut (Highland & Juneau). 15th Ward sounds about right. Louis Ave. ran north-south between North Ave. & Center, just east of Teutonia. It would be 13th St. today. I believe 1469 Louis would have been between Concordia & Keefe Ave. I'll try to find the ED's for you if I have time.
