Wondering if anyone can help me - I have a photocopy of a Registration of Birth sheet dated April 1886. In the area marked "place, town or township and county in which born" it states Milwaukee. The street address appears to be "Russell Ave" and then it looks like "B V" after that. Can anyone tell me where this address would be? Is Milwaukee a county as well as a city or would this be a residential address in the city of Milwaukee? If it is a residential address does anyone know which census might apply or the ED?
