I just received another response. It is from Patricia Boge and it reads as follows: Dear Linda (McGoey), Some good news, the ARC will not close. I just got word yesterday afternoon. These are very hard times for all state agencies and the WHS staff is working hard to accommodate the severe cuts. Chances are there will be more cuts after the elections.
