Hi Barbara, Yes, since back right after the Civil War the Milwaukee area Veteran's have been serviced with a hospital and home. It used to be called simply the Soldier's Home. It became Wood Hospital and Grounds and now is known as the Clement Zablocki Veteran's Hospital.
