I sub to the Kenosha, Racine, Washington and a couple of state lists. It seems to me that the folks that subscribe to this list pretty much stay on the topic of Milwaukee related genealogy and if there is an occassional errant post, I don't think its a big deal. Ellen, I am glad people post this information, as sometimes it helps locate another relative...perhaps it would be a good thing for those posting about surnames to explain how they connect to Milwaukee, Wisconsin...I have migration patterns to Dubuque, Iowa...LaCrosse, Wisconsin...Stearns County, Minnesota and Saline County, Missouri--all lines which started in Milwaukee, Wisconsin...
