I would like to know if someone will do a 1870 or 1900 census lookup for my John Peter and Maria Lynn Christ. They were in New York prior to 1865 and would love someone to do one in New York for me if you can tell me where I may ask. In 1880 census they were in Rantoul, Claumet WI. Sandy: I am replying to you and to the Milwaukee list because I feel this Info might help other Milwaukee people. I have Peter James Christ, village marshall in 1903, m. Emma Zeruba and With his brothers, Amos Charles and H. P. Christ, lived in Wausaukee, WI (up near Marinette on west shore of Green Bay). Until At least 1925 they were in Wausaukee but some may have moved to Milwaukee After this date. Get in touch with me if these seem in any way connected to your Christ family.
