I, too, am looking for a death record from Montello that the state historical society does not have. I am also interested in the surname you posted, Zellmer. I am researching my father's family, Stelter. There is a strong link between the Stelter and Zellmer names stretching back to Posen, Prussia. I have the e-mail address of another Zellmer (who ended up in Tomah) decendent who is researching that family.
