Daniel WHITE, an old resident of Oxford, was in our village Tuesday. James BAIN, of Oxford, was seen on our streets Monday. Mrs. Hattie WOOSTER is visiting friends at Oxford. We undertstand that two of J. INGRHAM's boys are quite ill with scarlet fever. Elmer MORGAN and wife started for their home at Windmere, Dakota, Tuesday. Miss Carrie STINSON visited her aunt, Mrs. S. WHITNEY, of Springfield, the first of the week. Colonel MERRITT, of Merritt's Landing, was seen with his friends in this city Monday. Mr. and Mrs. BLISS of Baraboo arrived Monday on a visit to Mrs. B's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. RUNDLETT. Mr. and Mrs. ORMES who have been visiting Mrs.Ormes' brother, Wm. MUSSY, returned home Tuesday.
