She was born on March 14, 1918 in the Township of Buffalo, Marquette County, WI., to Emil and Bertha (Zarbauch) [aka Zarbrook, Zarbuck] Klawitter. She married John Carl Erdman on Nov. 20, 1938 in Packwaukee, WI where they lived for many years. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Packwaukee. She is survived by two sons, Duane (Nancy) Erdman, Baraboo, Wi, and Carl (Eleanor) Erdman; one daughter Carol (Phillip) Schauer, Unicoi, TN; 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, one sister Adeline (Stewart) Cotter, Montello and one sister-in-law Margaret Klawitter of Montello. She was preceded in death by her husband on December 8, 1997, also by her parents; six sisters, Alma, Ida, Elsie, Leona, Alice, and Evelyena; tow brothers Herbert and Edwin Klawitter. Funeral services were on Tuesday, January 2, 2001 with Rev. David Totsky officiating. Burial in Underhill Cemetery, Township of Packwaukee, WI.
