July 31, 2002, Page 11B Not the complete obit due to copyright restrictions Royal O. COLBURN, age 80, of Oxford, died July 27, 2002 at his home at Goose Lake. Royal was born April 23, 1922 in Portage, and he married Lola A. SANDOW on May 2, 1943. She preceded him in death in 1979. Royal was a WWII Veteran. Survivors include four children, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two sisters. Funeral services were held at Westfield Saturday Aug. 3, at the Steinhaus-Holly Funeral Home, Rev. David Totzky officiating. Burial was in Westfield East cemetery.
