    3. Dear Listmembers, Rootsweb has some plans for maintenance and upgrades, which will affect the messageboards and webpages on its servers. During the upgrades, I will be unable to make changes to the web pages. Rootsweb's boards and mailing lists may be disabled 'for short periods' during the interim when no messages can be sent or posted, and web pages may also be unavailable. Hopefully, these changes will be quick and trouble-free, and we'll be back to business shortly. Joan Coordinator Adams Co. WIGenWeb http://www.rootsweb.com/~wiadams/adams.htm and Marquette Co. WIGenWeb http://www.rootsweb.com/~wimarque/wimarque.htm -------------- Forwarded, FYI: "During the next couple of weeks, beginning June10th, Rootsweb will be temporarily disabling programs so we can do scheduled maintenance to our servers. We will restore access as soon as possible, so if you encounter an area that is temporarily unavailable, please try again later. The following resources are currently disabled or will be soon, due to the scheduled maintenance: Social Security Death Index (SSDI), Search Thingy, GenSeeker, and death indexes for CA,KY, ME, and TX.
