    3. Dear Joyce, In the St. Joseph Congregation's burial records (buried in various Marinette area cemeteries), 1 woman is listed which might help you: "VEINES, Agnes b........ d. 6 Jun 1900 / Age 25 / of Fond du Lac / after confinement / buried City Cemetery (could be registered as Agnes Rondeau Loc #83, Woodlawn Cath Cemetery)" [I interpret this to mean that her maiden name was VEINES. Either they are not sure which cemetery she is in, or that the St. Joseph records say City Cem. but the person transcribing the records thinks she is buried under another name in lot 83, Woodlawn Cem.] No other Venne, Vanne, or anything close. There are 4 other Rondeau burials listed, in case that turns out to be a connection, let me know. As to SAUVE, there are 4 males & 2 females: "SAUVE, Chester b........ d. 20 Jun 1889 / Age 4 mos / Son of Francis SAUVE and Marie LEPINE SAUVE, Joseph b........ d. 16 Jan 1901 / Age 22 yrs / Son of Magloire SAUVE / killed in woods accident / buried in Old Cemetery SAUVE, Maglorie b........ d. 15 Feb 1902 / Age ? / Louisville, Canada / husband of M. MATTE / pneumonia / buried in Old Cemetery SAUVE, Maglorie b........ d. 23 Sept 1907 / Age 55 yrs / Louisville, Canada / dropsy / buried in Old Cemetery SAUVE, Maria Elda b........ d. 28 Sept 1891 / Age 2 mos / Dtr of Magloire SAUVE SAUVE, velina (See BOILEAU)>>> BOILEAU, Velina b........ d. 26 Aug 1891 / Age 37 yrs / Wife of Magloire SAUVE" [No cemetery listed for the first one and the last two.] Apparently many of these records were transcribed from the Latin they were written in, by Kris Race of Marinette. They were published by the White Pines Genealogical Society of Marinette-Menominee in 1991. Hope this helps, Barb Glassel
