I just started my hunt last year. My grandfather was Frederick Kovnesky and my father was Henry Kovnesky. I have not found much on Frederick. It's almost like he was a ghost. I do know he was from Germany/Poland and came to the United States in 1912. He than settled in either Pound or Coleman WI. Will try to get in touch with you later most of my information is at home.
