(Mrs. Robert) Joyce E. (Mrs. Robert) Olson, 53, of W8206 E. 16th Rd., Coleman died Saturday August 5, 2000 at Bay Area Medical Center, Marinette following a brief illness. The daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Smithtana) Lentz was born March 24, 1947 in Marinette. Joyce was a 1965 graduate of Coleman High School and was married to Robert Olson on May 18, 1968 at the former St. John Catholic Church, Coleman. She was employed at Fort James Corp. in Green Bay and prior to that worked for Coleman Products in Coleman. Joyce was a member of SS. Francis and Wenceslaus Church, Coleman. Surviving are her husband, Robert Olson; one daughter, Melissa (Brian) Olson of Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Rachel and Cody; seven sisters, Anna (Ken) Engebretsen, Suamico; Shirley (Red) Seymour, Mich; LaVerne (Bill) Webber, Mich; Carol Stark, Pound; Mary Lou Lentz, Green Bay; Karlene (Russell) Martens, Pound; and Karen (Jerry) Korpi, Idaho; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parent, Louis and Mary Lentz. Friends may call at Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Coleman from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday Aug. 7, 2000 and then from 9 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday. There will be a wake service at 8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at SS. Francis and Wenceslaus Church, Coleman with the Rev. John Hephner officiating. Burial will be in St. John Catholic Cemetery, Coleman.
