Rev. James Frisby officiated with burial in the First Baptist Cemetery, Pound. He died Friday, Nov. 10 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph (Mabel Lentz) Jashinsky was born July 6, 1932 in the Town of Brazeau. He graduated from Central High School in Milwaukee and entered the U.S. Air Force and served during the Korean Conflict. He married the former Patricia Eckenrode on July 2, 1954 in Wadena, Mn. The couple lived in Milwaukee where he was employed by Allis Chalmers Company until retirement. They moved to White Potato Lake, Pound in 1982. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, Milwaukee; the Kalbes-Seewald American Legion Post of Coleman; the Jerome Rouse VFW Post of Beaver and the Coleman-Pound Lions Club. Survivors include his wife; three children, Mrs. Mike (Debbie) Feleniak of Milwaukee, Mike (Stacy) Burgau of West Bend, Sheila Burgau (Al Boyd) of Waukesha; three grandchildren; one great-grandson; one brother, Gerald (Kay) Jashinsky of New Berlin. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Eileen. Pallbearers were Mike Burgau, Mike Feleniak, Richard Eckenrode, LeRoy Evenson, Al Boyd, Gerald Jashinsky. Honorary pallbearers were Richard Trutenwald, Don Washebek, Tom Sadowske and Phil Micuda.
