Death was attributed to a heart attack. Mr. Lentz was born Dec. 5, 1896, in the Town of Pound. On April 7, 1919, he married the former Mollie Kovnesky in Chicago and the family resided there for two years while he was employed by International Harvester Company. In 1921 they moved to route 1, Coleman, where they operated a farm until his retirement in 1961. His wife died in 1960. Survivors include two sons, Oscar and Arthur, of route 1, Coleman; four daughters, Mrs. Vincent Mariano of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Warren Gill and Mrs. Harlan Weichbrodt, of Horicon and Mrs. Roger Gretzon of Green Bay; four brothers, August and Fred of route 1, Coleman, Harry of Lena and Edward of Marinette; six sisters, Mrs. Ida Seiler of Franklin Park. Ill. Mrs. Andrew Batjes of Chicago, Mrs. George Prochaska of Coleman, Mrs. Russell Peterson of Mt. Prospect, Ill., Mrs. Harry Patz of Pound and Mrs. Glenn Maloney of Oshkosh; 18 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Assembly of God Church in Pound. The Rev. Herbert D. Kolenda will officiate and burial will be in the First Baptist Cemetery in Pound in the spring. Friends may call at the Rhodes mortuary in Coleman from 2 p.m. Tuesday until 10 am. Wednesday and thereafter at the church until time of services.
