Polomis, 83, long time Wausaukee businessman. Rev. John McLaughlin will officiate and burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery. He died Monday afternoon at his home. Born in Bohemia on Aug. 28, 1888 he came to America with his parents at the age of 16, settling in Wausaukee. He was a general mason contractor until his retirement three years ago. His first wife Clara Heintz died in 1949. He married the former Eleanora Bueatler in 1952 and she died Feb. 7, 1965. Surviving are three sons, Louis, Jr., of Amberg, Fred of Spokane, Wash., and William of Wausaukee; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence DeGroot of Port Washington and Mrs. Samuel Wiltshire of Coleman; four brothers, Antoine and George of Wausaukee, Joseph of Norway, Mich., and Frank of Marinette; two sisters, Mrs. Elmer Duquaine of Green Bay and Mrs. Michael Stajduhar of Wausaukee; 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Morasky Funeral Home from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 3. Parish vigil will be at 8 p.m. Thursday.
