J. Wiltshire Of Athelstane Dies Mrs. Samuel J. Wiltshire, 72, of Athelstane died this morning at 5:20 a.m,, in the Ida McVane Memorial Home at Crivitz where she had been since Sept. 30. The former Emma Makovsky was born in Chicago May 14, 1891. She came to the Athelstane area in 1900 and moved to Zion, Ill., in 1902. She returned to the Athelstane area in 1905. She married Samuel Wiltshire Feb. 25, 1909, at Iron Mountain. She was a member of Pound Assembly of God Church. Surviving are her husband, a son, Samuel A. Wiltshire of Athelstane; a daughter, Mrs. Carl Jensen, also of Athelstane; three brothers, Alfred Makovsky of Athelstane, Thomas of the state of Washington, and John Makovsky of Loma Linda, Calif., five sisters, Mrs. Lillian Cummings of Athelstane, Mrs. Ruth Cummings of Phoenix, Ariz., Mrs. Elizabeth Krumrei of Amberg, Mrs. Georgia Miller of Athelstane, Mrs. Evelyn Paust of route two, Crivitz; 17 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Services will be conducted Tuesday at 1:30 p.m., in the Morasky funeral home with the Rev. Edward Lutz of Pound Assembly of God Church officiating. Burial will be in Athelstane Cemetery, Friends may call after 4 p.m., Monday.
