Lillie, 77, a lifelong resident of Wausau and father of Ralh and Delbert Lillie of Stevens Point, died Friday night at midnight at a Wausau hospital, following an illness of seven months. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Petersen funeral home at Wausau. Rev. Fred Schilling, pastor of the Immanuel Baptist church, officiated. Those from Stevens Point who attended the funeral included, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lillie, Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Lillie, Mr. and Mrs. Otto von Neupert, Mr. and Mrs. I. M. Gullikson, Mrs. Merril Baldwin, George Tesch, W. D. Rausch, Joseph Woitkovich, Gerald Larson, Carl Larson, William Ruff, Harold Burns, Walter Reed and Ben Slotwinski. Mr. Lillie was born at Wausau on August 15, 1862. He was a former employee of the Wisconsin Box company ot Wausau. Surviving besides the two sons residing in Stevens Point are four other sons, Clifton Lillie of Winter Park, Florida, Cecil Lillie of Grand Forks, North Dakota, Earl Lillie of Waupaca and Mauraice Lillie of Wausau, and two daughters, Miss Ruth Lillie of Seattle, Washington, and Mrs. Nelson C. Servis of Battle Creek, Michigan. His wife, whom he married at Wausau on November 2, 1885, died on December 10, 1934.
