Mrs. Mathilda King, 54, Hatley, died at 4:30 p.m. Monday in a local hospital following a brief illness. She had been hospitalized for the past 10 days. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Florian's Catholic Church in Hatley. Rev. Edwin Klimaszewski will officiate and burial will be made in the parish cemetery in the spring. The body will be at the Kopitzke Funeral Home in Birnamwood after 7 o'clock this evening where the Rosary Society rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and the parish rosary at 8 p.m. Wednesday. Mrs. King was born June 18, 1911, in Hatley, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Jozwiak. She was married in Hatley on Nov. 21, 1933, to Stanley King, who survives. Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Clifford, Hatley, and Vilas, Schofield; four brothers, Florian Jozwiak, Birnamwood, John, Hatley Route 1, Lambert, Wausau Route 1, and Leonard, Hatley; five sisters, Mrs. Stanley Parker, Chicago, Mrs. Frank Kopania, Mrs. Felix Albrent and Mrs. Magdalen Kwarcinski, all of Milwaukee, and Mrs. Leo Stoltz, Hatley Route 1; and eight grandchildren.
