Mrs. Fredericka Rollenhagen, a resident of the town of Berlin for the past fifty-seven years, died at one o'clock Sunday morning at the age of eighty-four years, following eight months' illness. Mrs. Rollenhagen fractured her leg in a fall, June 13, 1914, since which time she had been ill. Mrs. Rollenhagen was born in the Province of Neumark, Germany, September 28, 1830. She came to America in 1856, settling in Ripon, Wis., where she was married to William Rollenhagen. After nearly two years residence in that vicinity, she came to Marathon county with her husband. The latter died April 17, 1888, since which time, she has made her home with her son, William. Mrs. Rollenhagen is survived by five children, Herman Rollenhagen of the town of Stettin, William Rollenhagen of the town of Easton, Mrs. William Bartman of Irma, Mrs. Carl Hintze of the town of Stettin, and Mrs. Albert Bothner of the town of Berlin. The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at one o'clock from the home of Herman Rollenhagen and at two o'clock from the Immanuel church at Taegesville, Rev. Koepp to officiate.
