W. Berquist, of Ironwood, Mich., and Louis Leak, was solemnized at the home of the bride in that place Wednesday, June 29. Mr. Leak has been teaching in the Ironwood schools for the past few years. Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Leak drove to Ironwood yesterday morning to attend the ceremony. The bride was attired in a mouse colored georgette gown and carried an arm bouquet of roses, sweet peas and lilies of the valley. She was attended by her sister, Miss Alice Berquist, who wore a gown of green georgette and brocaded velvet. Carl Helke of this city, was best man. Others from this city attending the ceremony were Mrs. Helen Taylor and daughter. Mr. Leak and bride are now spending a brief honeymoon at points in the southern part of the state and will be at home at Fort Atkinson after August 1st.
