Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church here. Officiating will be the Rev. Francis P. Rushman, Pastor. Burial Will be in the Parish Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Lulloff Funeral Home, Colby, where a general rosary service will be at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday. Mr. Nosbisch was born October 10, 1889, at North Washington, Iowa, and married the former Christina Brost on April 23, 1918, at North Washington. She preceded him in death Aug. 18, 1973. After they were married, the couple farmed in North Washington, Iowa, until moving to Edgar in 1920 to continue farming. In 1938, they moved to a farm near Colby. They retired in 1957 and moved to the city of Colby. Mr. and Mrs. Nosbisch celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1968. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Survivors include two sons, Vincent, Milwaukee, and Laverne, Colby; three daughters, Mrs. Victor (Lavona) Reigel, Milladore, Miss Florentina Nosbisch, Neillsville, and Mrs. Arnold (Alvera) Gottshalk, Colby; a brother, George, Iowa; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by a daughter, five brothers and seven sisters.
