Thanks to a great job by a cousin in Chicago, I have much information about the Schwantes family but very little about the Mellenthin family. I am also interested in the Carlson families, but because I grew up in Brighton Township and attended Romeo, Unity and Colby schools, I know quite a bit more about that family.
