John RINGLE Jr., president of the Mathei Ruder Brewing Company and the Northern Chief Iron company here, died yesterday in his apartment at Glendale, California. He left Friday to visit his wife and son, John F., who is a student in an aviation school. RINGLE also was secretary-treasurer of the Ringle Brick company which was founded by his father, the late John F. RINGLE, Sr. Ringle took a prominent part in state Democratic politics and last week was elected chairman of the Marathon County committee. He was a delegate to national conventions in Chicago and Philadelphia, and was a candidate for State Treasurer several years ago. The body is expected to be returned here.
