He was born in Austria and came to Stratford twenty four years ago, in 1894 he was united in marriage with Miss Josephine Kaiser, to this union were born nine children. Funeral was held Friday Dec. 20, Rev. J. L. Schumacher, officiating, interment was made in the Catholic cemetery.
