Herman Dittmar, 81, Town of Texas, died this morning at 9:30 o'clock in his home. The body has been taken to the Hildensperger & Kostuck Funeral Home, but the time of funeral services had not been set up to noon today. Mr. Dittmar, a retired Town of Texas farmer, was born Feb. 23, 1873, in Milwaukee county. He was married in that county Nov. 19, 1904, to Miss Emma Scherbarth, who survives. He had been a resident of the Town of Texas 44 years. Surviving, besides the widow, are two sons, Elmer Dittmar, Town of Texas, and Edward Dittmar, Merrill; two daughters, Mrs. Theodore Rackow, Medford, and Mrs. Calvin Witter, Milwaukee; a brother, Edward Dittmar, Milwaukee; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Miller, Milwaukee, and Mrs. Lulu Kell, Briggsville; 15 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
