Mrs. Starzie Dembrock, 77, 915 Humboldt Ave., died this morning at 12:30 o'clock in a hospital at Ludington, Mich. She had been visiting with relatives in Michigan when she became ill. Funeral services will be tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Ritter & Deutsch Funeral Home here, with the Rev. M. E. Kluczykowski, pastor of St. Michael's Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. Mrs. Dembrock was born Dec. 6, 1876, in North Manitou Island, Mich. She was the former Miss Starzie Maleski. Her husband, the late William Dembrock, died seven years ago. Mrs. Dembrock had been a local resident since 1940. Surviving are two sons, Leo Dembrock, 915 Humboldt Ave., and Raymond Dembrock, Rabenna, Ohio; two daughters, Mrs. Genevieve Malec, Glen Ellyn, Ill., and Mrs. Anastasia Koenig, 915 Humboldt Ave.; a brother, Paul Maleski, Lake Leelanau, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Pinkert, 501 West St., and Mrs. Elizabeth Koskey, 1222 S. Fifth Ave.; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
