I have a missing Hamann (Carl Louis) that married Meta (Schluenz) and farmed East of Colby, Marathon County. Both Carl Louis and Meta were from the Township of Centerville, Manitowoc County. They were married at St. Peter's-St. John's Lutheran Church, Twp. Centerville in 1879. One the marriage document, it lists Carl Louis as being a farmer in Kolby (sic), Wisconsin. The bottom line is that they both have dissapeared. Speculation is that they either moved to the Auburndale area or to Washington/Oregon.... The first name of Karl/Carl is prevelent in my Hamann Family Tree in Manitowoc County and Sachsen (Saxony). Regards, Robert Lipprandt
