Miss Edna Volkman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Volkman, and Charles Dunbar, both of this city, were united in marriage at three o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Evangelical Lutheran Salem church, the Rev. O. Hensel officiating. The church was beautifully decorated in mums, smilax and chrysanthemums. The bride wore a white beaded georgette dress, and her veil was caught in crown effect with a band of pearls. Her shower bouquet was of roses and orange blossoms. Her bridesmaids, Miss Lydia Volkman, her sister, and Miss Irene Mueller, wore flesh colored georgette and carried arm bouquets of pink carnations. Walter Dahm and Martin Bohm were groomsmen. Following the ceremony a wedding supper was served to friends and relatives at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Volkman, 701 Wausau Avenue. Mr. and Mrs. Dunbar will depart tomorrow for Three Lakes where they will make their future home.
