Charles Wolfe, 77, 425 Imm St., died this morning at 8 o'clock in a local hospital after being ill for several weeks. Funeral services will be Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in Our Saviour's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Roy Reede officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park. The body will be in the Helke Funeral Home from tomorrow evening at 7 o'clock until 10:30 o'clock Thursday morning, when it will be taken to the church for private rites. A native of Marathon County, Mr. Wolfe was born Feb. 19, 1880, in the Town of Easton, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wolfe. He was married April 30, 1910, in that township to Miss Elizabeth Ladd, who survives. Mr. Wolfe was a retired farmer. Besides the widow, surviving are three sons, Herbert Wolfe, 823 Wausau Ave., Russell Wolfe, 829 Lincoln Ave., and Raymond Wolfe, Town of Easton; two daughters, Mrs. Laura Post, Town of Texas, and Mrs. Irene Kell, Medford; a brother, Henry Wolfe, Town of Hewitt, and 24 grandchildren.
