Stueber, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Stueber, of Juneau, Wisconsin, were united in marriage on last Saturday afternoon at four-thirty o'clock at the home of the bride's parents, 404 South Third avenue, the pretty home service being solemnized by the Rev. E. C. Grauer, pastor of St. Paul's church. Pink roses, smilax and palms were attractively placed through the home as decorations. Preceding the ceremony, Mrs. Selma Gogg, soprano, rendered "O Promise Me" following which the wedding march was played by the orchestra. Following the ceremony Miss Gogg rendered several beautiful numbers. The bride wore a gown of most attractive creation, a velvet brocaded georgette over crepe satin. Her veil of tulle and silk lace was caught with a bandeau of pearls and she carried a shower bouquet of bridal roses and lilies of the valley and a handkerchief of real lace. The maid of honor was Miss Paula Ruder, sister of the bride, who wore a beautiful gown of flesh colored georgette. Her bouquet was of snap dragons and bridal roses. James Peachy of St. Louis was groomsman. Mr. Peachy and the bridegroom were room mates and fraternity brothers while attending the University of Wisconsin. Covers were laid for thirty guests at the wedding supper following the ceremony, and after the repast dancing was enjoyed. Mr. and Mrs. Stueber left that evening for the lakes where they are spending their honeymoon. After August first they will be at home to friends at 404 South Third avenue. Out of town guests at the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Stueber, Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Stueber, Viola and Hilbert Stueber and Eugene Sims, all of Juneau, James Peachy of St. Louis, Miss Una Beck of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Swanke and daughter, Virginia, of Minneapolis, and Miss Eulalie Emanuel of Shawano.
