    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/2EC.2ACE/3136 Message Board Post: I am very confused on Herman Hackbarth. The family told me that he was buried at Mechanic's Ridge Cemetary which he is, but they told me that he is buried by his parents. On the stone next to his it said August and Bertha Hackbarth. But in the 1910 census they state him as Herman Hackbarth Jr. I found a Herman Hackbarth in the 1880 cenus belonging to August and Bertha Hackbarth and his year of birth matches the year he who born. Would anyone be able to help me out with this or explain it to me. Thank you

It is very possible that the Wagner families are connected. Do you have more information on your family that you would be willing to share? My email address is anaquea@dwave.net. Thanks! Patti

I have a missing Hamann (Carl Louis) that married Meta (Schluenz) and farmed East of Colby, Marathon County. Both Carl Louis and Meta were from the Township of Centerville, Manitowoc County. They were married at St. Peter's-St. John's Lutheran Church, Twp. Centerville in 1879. One the marriage document, it lists Carl Louis as being a farmer in Kolby (sic), Wisconsin. The bottom line is that they both have dissapeared. Speculation is that they either moved to the Auburndale area or to Washington/Oregon.... The first name of Karl/Carl is prevelent in my Hamann Family Tree in Manitowoc County and Sachsen (Saxony). Regards, Robert Lipprandt

    2. Jennifer, In the 1910 census there's a Henry Ertz, age 46, born WI, married twice, living and farming in McCully Township, Boyd County, NE. Wife's name Justine 32 married once, born in Germany, kids Lilly 13, Edward 11, Lorens 9, Louis 5 all born in Iowa and Frankie 3 and Leonhardt 7/12 both born in NE. This family looks like the family you're looking for. In the 1920 census the family was still living in Boyd County, NE, and Augusta was listed there also. Pete
